Wanna fix a simple but delicious dip for your next meal? Try this Cream Cheese Bean Dip. I'll be honest and say that I am not the world's best cook. I've been known to experiment with ingredients and not follow the recipe. Thus, some of my cooking creations have ended disastrously.
Taking cooking advice from me is a risky move. However, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised if you make this dip. The choice is yours, my friend.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 package cream cheese
3/4 can of Hormel chili with beans
2 cups shredded cheese
Microwave the cream cheese on high for 20 seconds.
Pour a can of Hormel Chili and Beans on top of the cream cheese.
** I did not photograph the next step because my camera battery died, so you'll just have to use your imagination. :) Bake the cream cheese and chili at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes in the oven.
Then...
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Mmm... cheese! Bake the dip for a few more minutes until the cheese is slightly browned.
Remove from the oven. Voila!
Serve the dip with corn or tortilla chips.
Eat! D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S. My family and I ate the entire pan in one setting. Yes, we were hungry after shoveling snow from our driveway, but that's beside the point.
Happy Friday!
